The below article outlines the school leadership framework employed by The Citizen Foundation – how TCF selects and develops effective school leaders through a thorough process of hiring, training, supporting and performance management.

With 1,450 purpose-built schools and another 380 government schools under its management, TCF is part of a transformation of learning in Pakistan, directly addressing the epidemic of out-of-school children: 95 percent of TCF students pass the final examinations at the end of 9th and 10th grades (60 to 70 percent pass in Pakistan) in 2021.
