Does the network have a clear aspirational vision that responds to the current and future needs and ambitions of the entire community of stakeholders (e.g. current and former participants and organisation’s staff)?

Was the network vision co-created and co-decided through representation from all stakeholders of the network?

Are the network’s vision and purpose fully embedded in the strategic plans and values of the organisation, programme or schools from which the network has emerged?

Does the network have a clearly designated diverse group of individuals with clear roles and responsibilities and a broad set of skills to co-lead and strengthen the network in an inclusive and sustainable way?

Does the network operate on high levels of trust and support the building, weaving and fostering of meaningful relationships and connections amongst members?

Does the network have a clearly articulated process and infrastructure to capture and update information and details about the network members, which network leaders and members can use and follow?

Does the network foster engagement and connectedness with and among all members in their diversity, especially those frequently excluded based on their gender, race, class or other sources of disempowerment in the network’s context?

Do the network members receive frequent communication with relevant opportunities, invitations to get involved, and with stories from other network members?

Are there activities that benefit the network members or participants to stimulate motivation, interest, and engagement?

Does the network adapt and change its activities in response to what the network members are interested in or need?
